Truck down? We come to you.

We are a mobile heavy-duty repair unit. One call reaches a mechanic, not a call centre.

01 — Services

What we fix at the curb

Everything below is done on-site — your yard, a customer's dock, the shoulder of the 401, or a rest stop off the 427. We carry the parts and the tooling; you don't tow anything unless the repair genuinely can't be done where the truck sits.

  • Roadside tire service

Drive, steer and trailer tires changed on the shoulder or in your yard. 22.5" and 24.5" truck sizes, plus light-truck and cube-van fitments. Mounted, torqued to spec, and old casings taken away.

  • Air brake repair

Slack adjusters, chambers, valves, lines and fittings. We diagnose a slow leak with a soap test and a gauge, not a guess — then replace only what's failed.

  • Mobile diagnostics

Check-engine and ABS lights read on-site with a heavy-duty scan tool. Fault codes pulled, live data reviewed, and a written explanation of what the code actually means for your day.

  • Jump starts & no-start calls

Dead batteries, bad grounds, failed starters and alternators. Boosted, tested under load, and replaced on the spot when the battery won't hold a charge.

  • Trailer & lighting repair

Seven-way plugs, pigtails, marker lamps, ABS lamps and wiring chases. If your trailer keeps blowing a fuse, we trace the short instead of replacing the fuse again.

  • Preventive maintenance

Scheduled oil and filter service, fuel-water separators, belts, hoses and coolant checks — done in your yard overnight so the truck never misses a load.

  • Wheel seals & bearings

Leaking hub seals, hot hubs and bearing play caught before they become a seized wheel on the highway. Repacked or replaced with the correct oil.

  • Fleet contracts

Standing arrangements for carriers running 5 to 60 units. Priority dispatch, one invoice per month, and a service record per unit you can hand to your insurer.

What we don't do

We're a mobile unit, not a shop. Major engine teardowns, transmission rebuilds and frame straightening go to a fixed bay — and we'll tell you that on the phone rather than sell you an hour of labour that goes nowhere.

02 — Who we work for

Carriers, yards and owner-operators

Most of our week is spent keeping freight moving for small and mid-size fleets across the west end. We know what a truck sitting still costs, and we price and schedule around that.

Owner-operators

One truck, one driver, one load on the line. We answer the phone at 3 a.m. because that's usually when a steer tire lets go.

Local cartage & LTL

Straight trucks, cube vans and tractors doing dock-to-dock work around Rexdale, Mississauga and North York. Fast turnaround matters more than a low hourly rate.

Trailer fleets

Drop lots and parked trailers with lighting, brake and tire faults found during a walk-around. We'll service a whole row in one visit.

Construction & dump

Dump trucks, floats and equipment trailers. Hubs, brakes and tires that take a beating on site roads.

"Called at 4:40 in the morning with a blown trailer tire on the 401 shoulder. They were there before six, and I made my delivery."

How a call actually goes

  1. You call and describe the fault and where the truck is sitting.
  2. We quote the call-out and give you an honest arrival window.
  3. On arrival, the mechanic confirms the diagnosis before touching anything.
  4. You approve the work and the price. Nothing gets done without a yes.
  5. Repair, road test where it applies, and a written record of what was replaced.

03 — Coverage

Where we'll meet you

Based at Dixon Rd and Highway 27, which puts us minutes from the 401/409/427 interchange. That's the whole reason the response times hold up.

  • Toronto & North YorkDown the 401 to Weston, Jane, Keele and the 400 corridor.
  • Mississauga & PearsonAirport cargo areas, Derry Rd, Dixie, Airport Rd, Bramalea.
  • Vaughan & WoodbridgeHighway 7, Weston Rd industrial parks, the 407.

05 — Get in touch

Call. That's the fastest route.

There's no form on this page on purpose. A phone call gets a mechanic on the line in under a minute, and we can ask the two or three questions that actually matter: what's the fault, where is the truck, and is it loaded.

Before you call

Have the unit number, the nearest cross street or highway marker, and whether the truck is loaded. That's usually enough for us to load the right parts before we leave.

If the truck is on a live lane, get yourself behind the barrier first. We'll still come — we'd just rather fix a truck than a person.

Payment & paperwork

Cash, debit, e-transfer and major credit cards accepted on-site. Fleet accounts invoiced monthly with a per-unit service record. We can email a copy of the work order before we leave the call.
